When returning products, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned item
All items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and include all accessories, blank warranty cards, UPC codes (attached), and user manuals. If an item is returned with missing contents, the RMA will either be revoked, or a 35% restocking fee will be applied at CompTECH Care discretion.
CompTECH Care,LLC will not recommend items due to compatibility issues. Any item returned to CompTECH Care due to a compatibility issue will automatically receive a 35% Restocking Fee. Please be sure that the item you are purchasing is compatible prior to checkout
Opened software will not be accepted for return Items Damaged in Transit
Should an item appear to be damaged in transit, please refuse delivery and contact CompTECH Care,LLC as soon as possible. We will issue an RMA immediately, and ship you a replacement product right away. If you are unable to refuse delivery of a damaged product, please follow one of the following return request methods.
Please send email to Support at comptechcare dot com to recieved an RMA number and an explanation of problem. Any products that are shipped back to us without an RMA will not be accepted.
Crediting Your Account
Credit will be issued within two business days of receiving your return. All refunds for credit will be issued to the credit card account that appears on the original invoice. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please note that your financial institution may take up to 10 additional days from the date we issue the credit to post it to your actual account. Questions regarding this should be directed to your financial institution. When returning an item paid for by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you within 10 business days from the time we receive your return.

A shipping fee is charged based on the shipping method you select from the checkout process. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. This way, you can check delivery status!
Handling methods At checkout, the order handling charges are automatically calculated. We have several warehouses located through out the US to ensure you a faster delivery. Our Shipping and Handling Charges include our costs for customer service, processing and shipping, returns and exchanges, and some overhead.
All continental USA orders to commercial and residential addresses are shipped via FedEx. The packages are Dropped shipped from our warehouse.
Shipping cost to military addresses and islands (via Fedex AirMail) is dependent of location and order.
Most orders shipped via FedEx should be received within 6-10 business days from the order date.
We also offer 2-4 business days RUSH delivery service for the continental USA (via DHL Air) at Extra charge per order (for online orders).
